Friends of Horses Rescue and Adoption has several loyal people who volunteer their time in caring and rescuing our horses.

THE PEORIA BARN/ELIZABETH FARM

This is the 1300-acre Elizabeth farm where FOH horses get much needed care, rest and romping before being adopted.

Bill Stiffler - Not only oversees the entire organization but also manages the Peoria and Elizabeth facilities.

Bryan Bosko - Bryan oversees the CCTC facility and assists Bill at the Peoria barn.
